Project Updates

VTI Services is currently undertaking additional reporting to assist contractors to identify which reports associated with NATA requirements within specifications remain Non Compliant for extended periods.

This will be done only in conjunction with the customer who has specified the requirement for NATA inspections and has asked VTI Services to follow-up on Non Compliant reports.

The procedure includes an automatic email being sent 1 month, 2 months and 3 months after a Non Compliant status is given.

A phone call will be made after the initial first email to ensure that the information is being received by the correct point of contact and to check in on any possible compliance issues the contractor may have.

The final email will be forwarded to the specifier, 3 months after the non compliance at which time VTI Services will pass the project to the specifier for them to action if required.

The project will be archived as Non Compliant 1 month after the notification to the specifier.

If you do not wish to receive these emails please notify VTI Services.

Please note, specifiers may nominate to have reports automatically issued to them within their additional requirements. NATA Reports generated against published national standards that are with no additional customer requirements will only be sent to the commissioning agent.
